The cut off for orders is 12pm noon the day before you'd like your delivery to arrive. This gives us the required time to prepare your order.
We highly recommend you are home for you to receive your fresh produce and put it straight in the fridge. However, we understand that can’t always be the case. We require you to leave an esky with ice blocks in it to ensure it stays fresh.
Yes, we do. We take final orders for click and collect at 5pm the day before. M & A Butchery also offers a contactless drive-through service at our site. We will take your payment over the phone or online. Once you arrive please call and we can take it straight to your car.
Our fresh produce is packaged in cardboard boxes. We then deliver the produce to you in our authorised refrigerated delivery vehicle.

Yes, but this will depend highly on accessibility. Please call us to discuss and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you are not there it will be delivered to the first point of contact, usually reception.
At M & A Butchery, we pride ourselves on the high quality of our meat and produce, but if you’re not happy with any of your items, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to discuss a refund or replacement of that item.
Your meat will be delivered fresh in an authorised refrigerated vehicle, so the meat is always kept at low temperatures throughout the entire production cycle.
We have grass-fed beef as well grain-finished beef available. All grass-fed certified beef is still clearly marked as such. If you have any specific requirements, please give us a call or ask in-store and we'll do our best to fulfil your request.
No, all our produce, including our beef, lamb, pork, chicken and seafood, is Australian and sourced locally. We also sell locally made bread and eggs, supporting our local community. If there are any exceptions in our products, it is clearly marked on the packaging.
The majority of our products are listed on the website, however if you have a specific request, please contact us and we will do our best to source the item for you.
The vast majority of our produce is delivered fresh however for some items, it is recommended they are delivered frozen.

If your item is listed as out of stock, we will offer a range of substitutes you can choose from. Again, we are more than happy to help you decide on a suitable replacement.
